For questions and advice, we are available by phone and e-mail during office hours. Outside office hours, seven days a week, you can communicate with us via e-mail. We always aim to respond to your message within a few hours and in any case within one day.

With 15 years of experience in a Portuguese estate agency, Chantal took over the rental company Portucasa in 2021 together with Bastiaan. By then, Portucasa had existed for almost 20 years so a large network of homeowners and holiday guests had been built up.
By listening carefully to the wishes of homeowners regarding rentals, personal use and the best possible rental income, Chantal and the other Portucasa team members have developed a fantastic service that generates bookings and takes care of all the tasks involved.

Bastiaan Taselaar
My name is Bastiaan Taselaar and together with Chantal, I took over Portucasa from Peter Vallen in 2021 to make Portucasa an even better company. Both guests and owners should notice this in good and clear communication and good rental results. I use the experience I gained at UplandParcs for this.
