Quinta de Estilo literally means "Stylish Farmhouse" ..... And stylish is this beautiful antique house, or rather 2 houses, without a doubt! The owners have renovated and decorated the house inside and out with great taste and love.

A beautiful entrance, cosy living room with TV and fireplace/wood-burning stove, large complete kitchen with many traditional elements and 3 cosy bedrooms with all a bathroom en-suite form the quinta, the main house. In a separate cottage next to the quinta is another cosy living room with a sofa bed (suitable for one person) and a fourth bedroom with a bathroom en-suite.

All rooms in the main house have air conditioning and central heating, in the annex there is air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
Quinta de Estilo is surrounded by a 3,000 m² sheltered, enclosed garden. Here you will find a very large swimming pool (10x5m), a paddle court (with lighting), a putting green with 4 holes and a Jeux du Boules ball game court. A cosy terrace at the main quinta, under the pergola with a large dining table and lounge area, a lovely sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs, a separate barbecue area by the pool with bar table, a quiet pagoda in the back of the garden and a hidden terrace where you can finally read that one book undisturbed ...

For sportive entertainment there is the paddle court, the putting green, jeux du boules ball game court and a table tennis table which can followed by a dive in to the swimming pool to cool down afterwards.

There is more than enough parking space (with carport) on the premises. The pool is lockable and therefore safe for small children.
For a fee, the pool can also be heated.

We can safely say that Quinta de Estilo is the perfect place to enjoy your well-deserved holiday with family or friends in peace and luxury!

Surroundings Quinta de Estilo
Quinta de Estilo is only a ten minute drive from the airport, in a quiet rural but central area.
The beaches of Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo are less than a fifteen minute drive away and here you will also find many restaurants.
Prestigious golf courses are just around the corner, as well as other entertainment such as miniature golf, horse riding, bicycle hire, tennis and the Quinta do Lago shopping centre.

Within walking distance is a bakery and a local grill restaurant, and in nearby Almancil (5 minutes by car) you will find several supermarkets and even more choice of restaurants. From Quinta de Estilo you are on the local road, your entrance to discover the whole Algarve from west to east.

Layout
In the main house of Quinta de Estilo you enter the beautiful hallway which gives access to all rooms.
The living room has French doors to the south facing garden, terraces and pool. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, Nespresso etc. On the terrace, which is accessible from the kitchen, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. 1 bedroom is accessible from the hall and has a double bed with en suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2 is accessible from the kitchen and has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower.
The third bedroom (master bedroom) is accessible from the living room and has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
The fourth bedroom is located in the separate annex, also with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The annex also has a cosy living room with a sofa bed.
If desired, 3 of the bedrooms can be made up as two single beds.
