Villa do Lobo is located in the Algarve countryside between the towns of Estoi and Moncarpacho with views looking out to the Cerro de São Miguel. This property is uniquely set up to accommodate 10 guests -8 in the main villa and 2 guests in a quaint chalet located on the grounds about 100 meters from the main house. The main house is 250 m² and has covered parking for 3 vehicles just 15 m from the front door. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 1 with a double and single bed, and 1 with a single bed. The main bedroom is on the ground floor and has a bathroom with bathtub, and the other bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and share a bathroom with a shower. The upstairs is accessible via a staircase just to the inside of the front door. and the guest toilet is easily accessible from the communal areas. The ground floor consists of an open floor plan with a comfortable tv / family area, and a large dining area with a well-equipped American style kitchen. The open floor plan allows for plenty of light and easy access to the terrace that overlooks the pool and garden area. The large terrace is 40m² , partially covered from the sun, and offers a comfortable outdoor eating area with table & chairs for morning coffee or afternoon / evening barbeque using the outdoor barbeque. Villa do Lobo is ideal for families. It has a fenced in garden with a variety of fruit trees and a 5 x 12m pool with an area for sunbathing and relaxing. There are sunbeds and umbrellas available for guests and there is also an outdoor shower near the pool.

The quaint wooden chalet is just 100 m from the main house and offers a private rustic accommodation for 2 people. It has an open floor plan with a double bed and sleeping area to the left of the front door and an open kitchen with bar for eating and a cozy living area to the right. From the living area there are glass doors that open out to the patio area where there is outdoor seating with a table for meals, and a small barbeque. Guests can cool off in the pool next to the villa or in the outdoor shower on the side of the chalet. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, electric hot plates and water kettle.

This property is not suitable for and does not accept youth groups under 26 years of age.
