Description
The development offers a large communal swimming pool, beautifully landscaped gardens, a spacious sunbathing area and a playground. The restaurant at the windmill is a good option for a drink or light snack. There are two tennis courts and a soccer field on the premises which are also available to guests.
Casa Brisa Mar has 2 floors. On the top floor is the bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath/and shower, and a south facing sun terrace with a view of the sea. There is also a terrace off of the bedroom. On the first or ground level is the main entrance with easy access from the parking area. There is an open modern kitchen, a guest toilet, a cozy eating area and a comfortable sitting room with a wood burning stove for the winter. The sofa opens up into a 2 person bed. There is a sliding glass door from the sitting room to a private terrace area where meals can be enjoyed outdoors..
Albufeira & Surroundings
The location of Alto do Moinho is ideal. It is close to the bustling historic center of town where there are many choices for cafes, restaurants and shops, the local beach (Praia dos Pescadores), and yet Alto do Moinho itself is situated in a quiet neighborhood.
The coastline on both sides of Albufeira offer beautiful beaches, cliffs, many coves and trails to explore by foot. For a day outing, the historic town of Silves can be reached by car, as can Faro, Loulé, Olhão, Tavira, Lagos and the west coast.

- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
