Description
Casa Caramujeira is a beautiful, spacious and luxurious apartment with a great sea view! The apartment is located on the 1st (top) floor of a small complex of six apartments. Located in a unique location in a quiet rural setting and only about 350 meters walk from the most beautiful beach in the Algarve: Praia da Marinha. From the living room terrace, facing south, you have a good view of the bay of Armâcao de Pêra and the Atlantic Ocean. From the higher roof terrace, the view is truly magnificent. In the beautifully landscaped garden of the complex is the communal pool (approx. 12 x 5m) with separate children's pool. Because the apartment has underfloor heating it is also very suitable to stay there in the winter months. Directly from the apartment you can make several walks on the cliffs with stunning views of the sea and the various bays.
Surrounding: Casa Caramujeira The house is in a rural location only 350 m from the cliff coast and the beach. Boat trips and excursions along the coast and the caves can be made. The village of Benagil is within walking distance and the cozy Carvoeiro with stores, restaurants and cafes is 10 minutes away by car. The central location of the apartment makes it easy to discover the Algarve.
Layout: Spacious living room with sitting area, flat screen TV, dining area and a closed fireplace with natural stone mantel. Sliding doors give access to the partly covered terrace. On the higher located roof terrace there are sun beds available. Separate, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom has box spring beds and a private bathroom en-suite with bath, a vanity with two sinks, toilet and bidet. There is plenty of closet space in the built-in closet. The second bedroom with access to the terrace, has box spring beds and a luxurious relaxed sofa. Again, there is a spacious built-in closet. A second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a camp bed available.
