The villa is all on one level and has a spacious open plan living room with a 2sided fireplace in the middle. A big dining table and the large open kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal.
The glass wall gives you a beautiful view towards the coast and at the covered terrace you can have a relaxing meal, enjoying the views.
The villa has 4 spacious double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus an extra guest toilet.
There are several lounge areas outside and a beautiful garden and swimming pool with the same amazing views.

Loulé is a 20 minute drive away and is popular with its monumental market and cosy streets. The various beaches of the beautiful Ria Formosa and the charming coastal towns of Tavira, Olhão, Fuseta and Faro are within 25 minutes. From here you can take a boat to one of the islands off the coast. Because of its central location the more chic Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are also within a half hour drive. North you drive from the house through a beautiful hilly landscape within an hour to the renowned wineries of the Alentejo. 20 minutes’ drive away is the largest shopping mall in the Algarve: MAR Shopping.
