Description of the house
This delightful villa is on a hill in a small residential area close to São Brás de Alportel, a 20 minute drive Faro Airport. It?s a sizeable villa (200 m2) provided with all comforts. The view from the hills of the surrounding hills and São Brás is stunning. Immediately in front of the living room is the large swimming pool.
It?s a very comfortable house, with airconditioning. In the cooler months the central heating and the wood burner keep the house nice and warm.
Surroundings of Casa Platan
The nearby municipality of São Brás de Alportel is a lively and convivial provincial town, easily accessible in 5 minutes by car. Here you can buy anything you like. The large Intermarché is even closer; you could almost go there on foot.
Beatiful sandy beaches are on the islands in front of the coast of Fuseta (15 min.) and Tavira (30 min.). The ferry to the islands takes you there in a few minutes.
Layout
Ground floor: Large, fully equipped kitchen. Straight from the lounge and dining room you?ll have access to the terrace by the pool. There?s one bedroom with a double bed and sliding door to the terrace by the pool and another terrace with a view in the direction of the hills and São Brás.
A bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
First floor: Master bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite (shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet). Two other bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. A bathroom with full size tub, toilet, washbasin and bidet.
All bedrooms have access to the balcony alongside the entire first floor. One of the bedrooms has an additional private terrace with great view of the hills and São Brás.

• The swimming pool measures 12x5 m.
• Airconditioning in the livingroom/kitchen and the Master Bedroom.
• Fireplace with safety door in the living room
• There will be an additional charge for logs for the fireplace in winter, i.e. ?50 per week.
•Â 40" Smart TV Samsung, which also can be connected with HMDI cable (available) to laptop or smart phone .
