Description of the house
Quinta Amarela is a very charming and beautifully restored Portuguese villa, with a stylish interior. New furniture was placed in the living room and the master bedroom at the end of 2019 (Vitra, Jori, Carl Hansen, Ligne Roset, Poliform, Lumina, Tempur, Flos.
The vast view's breath taking, especially from the roof terrace where you can see as far as the sea.
There are various terraces around the quinta where, depending on the sun or the wind, you can always find the right spot to relax. Apart from the wonderful swimming pool there?s a shallow pool for kids to play in. For those who like to barbecue there?s a brick barbecue.
The villa accommodates 6 people. Adjacent to the villa (30 m apart) is another charming cottage. For a group of 7-8 people this can be rented as well.
Surroundings of Quinta Amarela
Loulé, a lively provincial town, is 3km away. Here you find various shops, restaurants, a post office etc. The daily market in the old market halls is an attraction on its own! Interesting too is a walk through the small streets of the ancient centre with its various quaint sights.
The closest beaches of Quarteira and Vilamoura are at a distance of a 15 minute drive. Due to its central location Quinta Amarela is a great starting point for trips to the west and/or the east!

Ground floor: Spacious living room. Dining room adjoining the kitchen. Small library. Large, very well equipped kitchen. Bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet).
First Floor: Large master bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite with bathtub, shower, toilet and washbasin. Two bedrooms with a double bed each. Two badrooms.
Separate cottage: Living room with open kitchen, bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin).

• The swimming pool measures 10x5m
• Separate children?s pool
• Cooker with 4 burners, 3 electric cooktops, two ovens and a separate grill!
• The private grounds are 17000 m2
• Additional cottage for 7th and 8th person
• The separate cottage is not rented separately in July and August.
