Buying property

At the viewing and from the moment you make the decision to buy you are accompanied by our experienced partners. Since we are not always in Portugal we work together with licensed agents, one in each of our regions.
Thanks to many years of experience you can rely on us from the first contact up to the moment of ownership. Everything from price negotiation with the owner up to the (provisional) deed of purchase will be taken care of.
At your request you can obtain a full list of our services. As a buyer you don’t have to pay for our assistance.

Searching by yourself

Maybe you find a property that you like during your visit to Portugal, for instance through an advertisement or a Portuguese real estate agent.
You can call on us as purchasing agent and make use of our services. In that case we will agree upon a fee for our services.

Building a house

Would you rather build your own house or would you like the advice of an architect by the restoration of an old house or ruin? Portucasa works closely together with an English speaking architect who has a large experience with (re)building houses for foreign clients. References are available.

All that you undertake with Portucasa goes in close consultation and by mutual agreement. We have a crystal clear financial policy.
