"Uma Casa Portuguesa" - a dream come true for those who love Portugal. For us, Rob and Joke Diks, this dream became a reality when we found a dilapidated farmhouse in North Portugal, nestled on a slope above a small reservoir. The decision was quickly made and the sale concluded. After a year the restoration was finished and we could enjoy our property in Portugal.
Portucasa
In our region, where we spend a large part of the year, was no Dutch real estate agent at the time. Rob has his work in the Netherlands, but I, Joke, was thinking of providing assistance to those who wanted to come to Portugal. With that in mind Portucasa was founded in 1999.
Real estate agency
Our daughter Marije shares our love for Portugal and decided to follow our footsteps. She is now a fully licensed real estate agent and after a few years experience at another agency we are now working together.

Over the last few years the business expanded and we have a carefully built up and maintained network of associate real estate agents, architects and builders. Nowadays we have a large and varied offer available of houses, farmhouses, ruins and land in several parts of Portugal.
